UCLA basketball finalized its schedule for the upcoming season Thursday, with the Bruins opening Pac-12 play at home against Stanford and Cal at 8 p.m. Jan. 3 and 1 p.m. Jan. 5.

Five of their next seven games are on the road, traveling to the four Pacific Northwest schools and USC. The first rivalry matchup of the season will be at 1 p.m. Jan. 19 on CBS, coming after UCLA’s trip to Oregon and Oregon State.

The Bruins, who open their season at home against Purdue Fort Wayne on Nov. 6, return home to host Arizona State on Jan. 24 and Arizona on Jan. 26 for the only matchups UCLA has against the desert schools this year. Last season, the Bruins knocked off the Wildcats at McKale Center, winning their third game in Tucson since the beginning of the 2012-13 season, a stretch that’s included only five total Arizona home losses. But the Pac-12 champion Wildcats edged out UCLA in the conference tournament in Las Vegas, dooming the Bruins to a First Four play-in game in the NCAA tournament.

After what could be one of the marquee games of the conference season, UCLA has three consecutive Wednesday-Saturday Pac-12 series as it travels to Washington on Jan. 30 and Washington State on Feb. 2, hosts Colorado (Feb. 6) and Utah (Feb. 9) and goes to Cal (Feb. 13) and Stanford (Feb. 16).

The Bruins have three of their last five regular-season games at Pauley Pavilion with Oregon, Oregon State and USC. The Trojans, who were swept in the rivalry series last year, come to Westwood at 6 p.m. Feb. 28, with the game televised on ESPN2 or ESPNU.

The regular season wraps up for UCLA at Colorado (March 7) and Utah (March 9).

All 31 regular-season of UCLA’s men’s basketball games will be televised live this season, with at least 10 games broadcast by the ESPN family of networks.
