The annual Murrieta Rod Run will roll back into town for two days beginning Friday, Oct. 12.
A car cruise kicks off at 4 p.m. Friday on Washington Avenue in downtown Murrieta. Hundreds more will show off their hot rods at 8 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, during the “show and shine.”

The public can attend the two-day event for free. Proceeds from vehicle registration will benefit at-risk and special-needs youth at the Oak Grove Center.
Registration is still open for classic car owners wanting to show off their vehicles Friday evening. The cost is $20 and can be paid online.
