George did a fantastic job selling our house in Riverside. He’s a great communicator and stayed in touch with us regularly throughout the entire process. He patiently walked us through all the paperwork involved with selling a house (which can really be confusing). He represented us well to our buyer and our buyer’s agent. But the area where he really excels is in marketing a house. He built great anticipation by featuring our house as a coming attraction, achieved an impressive turn-out for our open house, and all this brought us two offers within our first 10 days on the market – one of which ended up being our buyer. We don’t plan to ever move again, but if we do, I know who my agent will be.
