Here are a few of the FSBO Resources we can provide you … and all FREE of charge!

  • Single Page Website

There are many websites you can submit your FSBO listings, many for free. One negative of doing so, however, is your listing is competing against a pool of similar FSBO listings. We can give your listing its own “website” URL to send prospects to. It’s mobile responsive … which means it looks great on a desktop computer or mobile device. And there’s even a “Contact Us” form for them to contact you directly. Check out this sample page we created for one of our clients.

  • “No Commission” Open House Assistance

Open Houses are time consuming efforts at best. Not only do you have to clean the home in preparation, but putting up signs and hosting the visitors that do come by. We can assist in that effort, though. Arrange a day/time that’s convenient for both of us, and we’ll bring a minimum of 10 “unbranded” open house signs (no company or agent name shown) to lead folks to your home and help you host it as well.

The goal is to sell your home, of course, and we’ll help screen and pre-qualify the prospects that come in, and do our level best to help you sell the home. We’ll never let on we’re doing anything but assisting you. The best part is, there is never a cost or commission from this service, even if a sale results from the open house!

We just ask that we be allowed to reach out, 24 hours later, to the visitors who are not willing/able to make an offer on your home. And you alone determine who that is, not us.

  • Yard Sign/Topper with “Text for Info” Number

We can provide you a stand-alone sign, or a topper for the sign you already have, offering more information on the home by simply calling or texting a special number (provided by us).

They instantly get information on their phone about the house, and you automatically get a text with their phone number as well for future follow up.

  • Professional Flyers

We’ll design professional flyers for your home and give you a PDF file so you can print as many as you need from your computer or a nearby office supply store.
