Members of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors are traveling to the nation’s capital to meet with members of Congress, the county announced Friday, March 2.
Supervisors Marion Ashley, John Tavaglione and Chuck Washington will discuss the county’s legislative platform on Monday, March 5, and Tuesday with U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.; Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Alpine and Rep. Mark Takano, D-Riverside, according to a county news release.
Hunter represents most of Temecula while Takano’s district includes Riverside, Perris, Moreno Valley and Jurupa Valley.
